You're so welcome! Thanks for watching. Our paths are so similar! What gave me strength was that I could always go back to teaching in school if it didn't work out as a yoga teacher. And it really helped ease off some of the pressure + also make me go for it! It's natural to feel anxious about it - anything out of our comfort zone is going to make us feel anxious but that doesn't mean you shouldn't do it. I'd recommend journalling about these feels - it's all part of the journey! As I mentioned in this video, I didn't go straight to owning a yoga studio - I started just doing classes by hiring out a space. Maybe you could start with that? I'm not sure if you need to do your YTT or if you're already a yoga teacher but if you're not qualified yet, let the first step be looking for courses. My biggest advice is one step at a time that gets you closer to the dream, and enjoy the journey on the way. I hope that helps 🤍
