10:38 I don't think your husband is crazy, I think he's shopping with his stomach 🤣. I will say he has good taste when it comes to ordering food! He needs to consult with his wife about storage space before he gets hungry and shops online for food.
Hi Linna, your husband was so sweet to order dishes that you can make quickly. In America, we eat too many unhealthy frozen foods, yours are healthy! Hope you had a great day ❤
I smiled at the SPAM and Skippy Peanut Butter in your cart. I live in Minnesota USA where SPAM originated and I eat it all the time. Skippy is my favorite peanut butter too!
Your husband seems to think your a great cook and is trying to give you more to cook with. That and I'm sure he knows it helps your channel to show us more interesting food. Your lucky he is so happy to help you grow your channel for the family along with getting some great meals in his tummy too.
I always have things like spam and instant noodles in my pantry for emergencies. I saw on a video of friends of mine that in Okinawa they have a retort spam curry. As my husband and daughter love soam I think I'm going to make that sometimes. And I saw a spam ramen recipe I'm nterested in. With prices these days I always try to make interesting meals but not spend too much. I love to try okinawan soba sometimes but I cannot het the ingredients :( I never seen yuba like that in the supermarket. My local tofu shop used to have it but haven;t seen it anywhere else. I miss fresh yuba. I can oly get dried here from the Chinese supermarket about an hour away. I put it in hotpots. I wish I had any to put into the yakitori oyako nabe I'm making next week.... Seeing you make the cakes makes me want too as well, so I'll probably do that tomorrow after lunch so they are ready vy the time my daughter gets home from school. Though I have no haloween cake molds so it will be autumn leaves and such. Also fun this time of year. Yes this sumer was so hot! I took my daughter to hikariogaoka park when we were in Tokyo but all she did was trying to catch some pokemon with her game in the shade. Or play in the fountain with some other children. I really should come back in autumn next time so she can enjoy the outdoor things. But right now with school she only has 1 week in oktober which is too short.
Oh spam curry and spam and spam ramen are interesting! I can totally get it, outdoors activities can even be risky in the summer. But there is no school holiday in the autumn here 💦 so we can only go on a one day trip 😅
I noticed the slide was very slow going down. A tip for your boys is to use wax paper to sit on going down they’ll go much faster 😊 Husband did some shopping! 😂 All looked very 😋 even if it caused wife some trouble 😆 I love when you go to Kaldi it looks so cozy and lovely. I think I’d spend hours there 😅 Do they not restock in the supermarket during opening hours? I know running out of stock on things is normal but so many items were out! 😱 I’m loving the fact it finally feels like autumn 🍂 it feels like it’s been a long summer 🥵 😂
Kaldi is not an usual supermarket, so the stock is not regular, but that also make it fun to shop there, because I can find new things each time! Really, it feels like it’s been a long summer this year ☀️ Finally autumn is here 🍂😉
I got so tickled watching you trying to squeeze all the goodies your husband ordered into the freezer. Good job, Linna! Many blessings to be thankful for.🤗🍁👏
Are you persimmons naturally squared or is it from the way the people pack the produce that it flattens the sides? Our persimmons here in Kansas, when you can grow them, are much smaller. More like the size of a extra large cherry tomato. I l9ve seeing the different kinds of vegetables but i also see that we share so many similar foods. I could come over there and still cook the way we do here, with some modifications of course. Your family should try American biscuits and sausage or bacon white gravy.
Your husband is very thoughtful to get those things for the family. They all looked very easy to cook too. The spooky cakes are such a fun Halloween treat! Your cardigan is beautiful. Thanks for sharing!
Luncheon meat, ham , sausage bacon .. I buy and keep to use once a while. While I aware of healthy issue, I do have to say my kids love them and they are handy when I run out of ingredients sometime. 😀
Yay! A new video. You should upload some breakfast cooking videos :) Your videos are always so relaxing! I hope you have a lovely weekend with your family!
@@LinnainJapan my husband is the same. He phrases a lot of the things he likes as 'gifts' or 'dates' we can both enjoy 🤣 i think it's very much a husband thing, it feels selfish to 'treat' yourself extravagantly but if you buy it for your family it looks like you're doing a good deed and hey, everyone also gets to enjoy so win win!
I always always love to watch your vlogs especially at dawn when I can't sleep and keep thinking lot of things. Thank u for sharing great videos to us. ❤❤❤
I see your husband is good at shopping too. Everything you made looked so YUM! A day outside playing is always fun. I went out and played today too. I picked the last eggplant, pulled up the tomato stakes and cleared my back flower bed of leaves. I had a lot of fun, but not as much fun as that giant slide is! 😂. Another wonderful video. Thank you! Sending much love from Dixie. 💕
*LINA* - I always say if there were an Olympic event in fridge and freezer stuffing I would easily win the gold medal!! Nice one with the Hotteok - we call that 'freezer surprise" - I sometimes open the freezer and whatever comes out is dinner - it forces me to use up things, and it's a challenge too. Cheers from Oz!!
I like that naming!!! I will use that too! I totally understand the struggle between feeling safe of having stocks in hand and also understanding the needs of consuming the stock in time 🤣🤣🤣
Linna, you do need to talk to your Husband and tell him to stop ordering frozen foods. Otherwise he will have to buy you a new larger freezer/fridge. 😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆
Just found your channel, love watching you shop! Makes me miss when I used to live in Japan. The dinners you make always look so good! Inspires me to try new things with my cooking 😂
The freezer and fridge space you think you have, but then realize you don't. Time to eat something to make room. :P Looks like the store I work at on truck day. So many things to put on the shelf.
Eventhough I rellay want to see your boys but concerning of the PDPA rules. It is really respectful for hiding their faces. Thanks you so much for your sharing. Greeting from Bangkok.
Autumn days are the best. I much prefer the cooler weather and the cosy days. ❤ carnations are my most favourite flowers 💐 and i love your autumn long cardigan, it looks amazing on you
Your vlogs are always so soothing. Your quickly growing boys are a credit to your cooking and the lovely relationship they share with their wonderful parents. Thank you for this wonderful visit. Have you had any luck getting your Agave syrup? We are starting to get quite a lot of Korean food here and the pot ramen. ❤❤❤👵🏴🌹🌹🌹
Hi Linna! Nice to see you again! I love everything you get from Kaldi. Wish there was a Kaldi here in Central Florida. It's wonderful your son's can play in their favorite park again. That dessert you were eating while they were playing looks so yummy. What is it? Those Halloween cakes you made are too cute and looked yummy. Your dinner you cooked looked delicious. My son Jack was in a car accident and it scared me to death. He is ok - thank goodness. Do you ever make chili soup? I need to make some soon. Love the cooler weather. Much better walking weather.
