I'm from Myanmar🇲🇲. Thank you so much for coming our country. The reason why the restaurants are empty is because the situation in the country is really bad, and people are struggling a lot just to make a living. They don't have the opportunity to travel or relax.

@WaiPhyoAung-pt5zf Last month, I went to Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam for 3 weeks. But after Vietnam Supposedly I will go to Myanmar but because of the Flooding I canceled my trip. So now I'm planning to visit Yangon and Bagan on the 2nd week of December.

It’s been over two years that i’ve watched and enjoyed your travel vlogs Luke . Finally you made it to my country shout out for that too . The country , itself is in a very bad position at the moment especially for the people with coup and every thing thats’s happening. Still almost every person you’re gonna meet here is gonna be friendly and genuine to you . I really am proud of our people too for the fact . There’re still so many extraordinary places that everybody’s gonna love visiting like the city of Mogok known as ( Rubyland ) exquisite food too , Bagan , all of Shan State and so on . And hopefully in a near future when things are back to normal 🤞🏻 i would love for you to visit us again and really experience “ the happy Myanmar “ once more brother . If you're still in Myanmar, I'd like to recommend you to go to Kyaik Htee Yoe Pagoda, because it's a mountainous area, it's peaceful, and the taste of riding a mountain car will give you a more special feeling like nothing else.
It’s so sad to see foreigners can easily visit Myanmar while many Burmese who are working abroad are facing difficulties and afraid to go back home. What a tragic life we have! The last time I went home was in 2020. I just want to cry seeing this video due to home sickness. 😢

@@soeyehtet902 yess that was me! In Shan state the phone lines were cut and we didn't have electricity during the floods so I couldn't contact anyone for like 4 days 😅 yeah so random hahaha
