#4 in a Series - with Aleece Maree, an aesthetician in California. Sarah Bolton (Resilience Coach & Rare Disease Advocate @boltysbazaar) asks individuals who have myasthenia how they cope with symptoms and keep their lives on track. Aleece was diagnosed with MG as a teen. Over time she has learned the importance of communicating her needs, developing a healthier relationship with food, calming both mind and body, seeing others’ support as an expression of love, and trying new things “that fill your cup.”

I wish i had this support too, i live in Nigeria and it's not that supportive. I was diagnosed with Mg at age 11 years old. And am 23 years old now. Medically, my country isn't developed in its treatment of Mg. It's makes so insecure, i don't even want to date anyone because i fear they would criticise me and judge me for my ptosis. MG really changed my life and am still looking for self confidence and struggling with self love

I recommend strongly ask your Dr for a Thymomectomy even no CA.
