Jefferson and Xavier decided to leave their jobs in the aeronautics industry to rent a farm shed and set up a low-tech mushroom-growing business. Indeed, mushrooms appear to be an essential adjuvant for restoring depleted land, including soil polluted by heavy metals and other chemicals.
Medical applications
Medical research is finding the mushroom very promising, while a number of drugs are already using it on a large scale. Despite the demand, they have chosen to keep their business on a human scale, offering a business plan and training courses for those who would like to follow in their footsteps. It's a safe bet that this type of business has a bright future ahead of it.
