That takes practice, skill and patience. But it can be done. Josh, IMO you gave the best advice for resolving conflict in this video. Forget, and get out when you're heated!! For one, my partner and I recently have started moving forward and just "letting it go", "forgetting about it" as past things try to bubble up and repeat an argument, because we've realized the things we get into it over are so trivial. We've been together for a while, so it truly feels like a new step in our relationship. Secondly, getting out when you're upset!! The worst things I've done in this life were done when I was angry, and I regretted them for years. Namely, damaging things. A time ago, I learned a great technique: walk away from the battlefield, take three deep breaths, pray, and sit in the shit! Let it pass! I've not had an issue since. Thank you Josh.
