Do you suffer from trigger points? Have you been feeling like the pain that has been called fibromyalgia but has a physical bump in the muscle that you can palpitate and temporarily treat is something else? You may be right.
The most common chronic pain problems are fibromyalgia and myofascial pain syndrome. Here I share how I learnt about them and how I treat them - it has made a huge difference for me to know what I am treating!

Dilated menengele diverticuli easier found not with fingertips . Use your fingernails they roll easier this way. Another thing type 2 menengele diverticuli in the sacrum. Causes fibromyalgia. Called sacral TARLOV CYST DISEASE. Shows on MRI however doctors don't know the proprietary technique for a high contrast image. Don't need the risky excision surgical option. Two specific bilateral epidural steroid injections procedures renders fibromyalgia pain and flare free. Hope you get this message. A description of the two procedures is for anyone who asks. Only 6 office visits per year required. Don't stop the pain. Prevent it instead.

For 33yrs ive had right occipital capitus muscle trigger point...that goes right into the base of the skull....across into the right jaw joint(basically every symptom is right side) Diagnosed tmj-into right ear,horrifically!...above ear, which feels like nodules..maybe tendons? that feel inflamed ,and on fire....across scalp into temple and behind the eye....to the point you feel you could pull your eye out...and the ear...like you need to stab it to realise the pressure.. After all these years i believe its all coming from the (splenius capitus.)sic 17yrs old i was punched and knocked out...i think he struck my jaw... So basically i was unconscious before i landed backwards and hit my head(back right side 1-2" above the pain at base of skull.) I hit the 45degree angle of a stone riven curb....I recall(oddly enough ,though unconscious) Massive ringing and a yellow.white bright light...The ringing felt like it was huge... Ambulance to A&E . Im in the UK! Was in and out of consciousness on the journey.. Anyway.,.long story short...ive had a nightmare with the NHS .And im amazed they havent concluded its Myofascial... One Dr said Tirgeminal,as i have tooth pain from time to time... I palpated the neck last night.,with my lacrosse ball ,as hard as i could..and oddly enough today for the first time i can recall..its dampened it down! I went that hard on the neck that i felt i was going to vomit with pain..but gritted it out and have seemed to have done something?

Wow it could be an answer for you! I would highly recommend finding a therapist who specialises in myofascial pain syndrome/trigger point release as its obviously been a long time for you and there's a lot to work through. You may also like the Healing Through Trigger Point Therapy: A Guide to Fibromyalgia, Myofascial Pain Syndrome and Dysfunction book - the author also runs a Facebook group of the same name as the subtitle (fibro, mps and dysfunction). I love heat and have a clay pack that might feel nice after all your working on it

Whoa are you me? I have exact same story. I also was punched knocked out when I was 18 and now four years later, everything on my right is always stiff. How are you now? And how did you treat it? Please I would love your advice

I didn't know what was wrong for so long, no doctor suggested it was fascia. Now my legs - thighs, calves, feet, neck, back is so stiff I struggle through the whole day. Is it something that needling can get rid of? I've had needling before and it helped but I needed more.thank you for the video 😢

There are many things that can help, but you have to find out for yourself what helps you the most. 1. Strengthening exercises 2. Aerobic exercises 3. Massages 4. Dry needling 5. Manual therapy and many more You can even combine them to get better results. But depending on how long you have your issue you might bring a lot of patience.

I'm sorry to hear that. But there is loads to try for these conditions. A physiotherapist who understands trigger points and fibromyalgia (the nervous system component) is invaluable. I highly recommend learning some self trigger point massage to work on those trigger points yourself too. Does heat help you? I use a heating pad a lot. Hot baths and spas make me feel nice. You'll find yourself again as you find things that help 💕

You do have to be careful with dry needling. A lot of acupuncturists don’t know how to do it properly and can leave you in excruciating pain. You are lucky if you have found someone who knows how to help you. I have very bad alodynia and a Chou crude makes me worse. The only relief I ever get is when I swim lengths of the pool. I find the water is so gentle. Hope everyone finds someone, or something which helps them in some way. Hugs to all, ❤️❤️

You’re better off going to see a massage therapist who knows their stuff once a week if you can swing the $85 bill
