Nope. Don’t waste your money, may as well just burn $58. The plastic literally just slipped off my teeth due to the way it is shaped. Horribly uncomfortable. My jaw hurt literally just trying it on when i got home, it’s not a mouldable one so it’s just immense pressure on your teeth. Do not waste your money

Я купил эту капу - myOSA. Она выпадает изо рта и повреждает десны. Храп никуда не исчез. Я записывал себя ночью на диктофон и храп не пропал. Год назад у меня была капа "S-onight". Она относится к термолабильным капам. Капа "S-onight" разогревается в горячей воде и можно сделать отпечаток нижней челюсти и когда нижняя челюсть отодвигалась то храп действительно пропадал. Единственный недостаток у капы "S-onight" она недолговечная. Не покупайте myOSA!
