Myrtle beach is outstanding! Thank you for doing this tour and showing another affordable property. Probably more now but we are still seeing low cost compare to northern or metropolitan area. Low taxes, low cost or living and weather is premium. What a lifestyle.
I would be interested in single floor villa (attached) style home preferably in a 55+ community (community pool) within an hours drive to the beach. Do you have any videos focusing on those metrics?
I think 2 bedroom homes should always have both bedrooms as master suites. Likes of older folks like to sleep separately from our partners. They never make the second bathroom big enough so it is usable.
This is super cute and a great price for being in this area!!! We bought a foreclosure in central PA for 104,000. Put about 100,000 into it so far and still not done yet. At least this is in a good location 💜

Nice downsize to retire into. Would be good for 'age in place' mods as the market has always underserved the disabled. Full on ADA compliance can mean moving walls and why tear up a turnkey, BUT lots of ppl now could appreciate at least a couple helper bars in the bath and wider doors whether for a wheelchair or just their buttocks. :) Love that these are all concise and quick to binge. My husband and I are planning to retire and move to Myrtle Beach we were interested in Surfside planning to spend no more than 400000. We've never been to Surfside but it looks like a nice Beach town is it a nice community to retire?

How big is that house. It’s super tiny!!! A sofa will fill up the living room and I don’t see you can put a queen size bed and a dresser. It’s better to see houses with furniture so people get an idea of their own things in there.
@@JerryPinkas Was in MB area in December looking for a home. Not my cup of tea, but I really liked Pawley Island and Murrel's Inlet. Larger lots and not so crowded. Tough to find something for under $500k in those areas. I'm in the Northeast and wouldn't mind finding a winter home down there or an investment property.
Worth and value of something are only what a willing and able buyer and seller agree on. Most people seem to agree that property that is closer to the water is more valuable and desirable. If this house was directly on the beach it would be worth even more. One of the best stories of what something is worth reminds me of this story: A father said to his son: “This is a watch your grandfather gave and this is more than 200 years old, but before I give it to you go to the watch shop on the first street, and tell him I want to sell it, and see how much it is.” The son went to the watch shop and then came back to his father, and said; the watchmaker said he’ll pay $5 dollars because it’s old.
