Toy parts are essential these days with multiple birds as they go through them so fast! So nice they provide freebies too! I love the twirls you got, we don't seem to be able to find them here in the UK, although we do have a decent range compared to some places! Also seems impossible to get cork bark for a decent price here, lucky!

I agree, they ARE essential, but so is customer service. They don’t reply to emails or phone calls. I’m leery even making a purchase especially if you have a problem because they don’t bother returning emails OR calls.

I love My Safe Bird Store. I've only ordered from them twice, but the shipping is fast (in the US), plus they give you a lot of extras and things for your other pets. I only have a cockatiel, but she goes through the toy parts fast!

A good toy part for birds that pluck,over preen or do any damage to their feathers are a toy part called natural bleached white goose feathers. So you can just put it on a toy so your bird can pick a t hose feathers instead of theirs

Timely that I'm just seeing this video! I just received an order from My Safe Bird Store yesterday. I spoke with someone directly on the phone at the company who was super helpful and polite. My shipment was delivered free to New York, and it arrived the very next day. Super happy with everything, they are an awesome company. Hello, I ordered from bonka bird toys 1.75 inch chew bagel rings, they have a glossy film on the cardboard surface, that you can not peel off completely. I was hopiing you have ordered these same bagels and know whether or not this glossy film is safe or not. Thank You.

Why does my Parrolett attack things in my hand . She bites my hand very hard , for instants a water bottle. If I open a bottle of vitiams the sound of the raddle she will fly across the room and bite my hand. As well when I open a bag of chips she attacks right away. She came to me when she was approx. 14 months. She is now 25 months. The owner put her up for sale explaining that she was to aggressive , biting, with her other birds. She is much calmer since I've had her, but I did have to learn the hard way on how to calm her. She's my BB so sweet but she's also like a giant attack bird.lol

the birds have their own room where they stay during the day, the cat never sees them and when she lets the birds into the rest of the house the cat gets shut in another room or outside :)
