It comes with two chutneys to complete the taste, one is the red garlic chutney which is optional and the other green chutney with thenga, porigadale Green chillies etc.

All the ingredients have been neatly assembled , chopped , measured ....and the young lady is helping her instead of yakking away like a moron (which we generally see in such shows.) ! We could compromise on the ingredients at home how can a food program compromise on the colour of the chutney it doesn’t look authentic at all.

Mami should have planned to keep the required red chillies ready before preparing this dish for the inside chutney. Then maybe this masala dosa would have been authentic. Not happy with this dish from Mami. From Bangalore, masala dosa famous place.

Fine, I understand we should not comment about anchor and that we have to concentrate on the cooking. But there is no requirement of anchor. Because, so much time it takes yo view, first Mami asks for item, anchor takes and gives, and this again and again and again, bothers the content and viewing interest. Mami should just keep the things next to her and keep using the ingredients. Viewing and waiting becomes too extended. Should be crisp communication and quick cooking.

Sincere advice to the anchor.. why do u make faces, laugh, sarcastic smile and comments when aunty uses sugar,ghee, butter and other diary products?? Certain recipes has to be done accordingly with appropriate ingredients. If u r not ready to taste it then dont and pls quit the show. Dont make faces and insult aunty, she is a dedicated cook and she is been tolerating you always. U do as if, u follow proper diet and aunty doesn’t. Puthuyugam channel please change atleast put diff anchor on the day Yogambal aunty cooks..

Green chillie has to be cut long not into small pieces. Red dry chillie not arranged earlier. Poor planning.

Please mami first offer the food to Bhagavan and then make her taste. That's the correct way of concluding the food preparation first by offering to God. Atlest the young generation should make it a habit to offer it to God before eating any new preparation . We the older generation used to offer anything we eat in the name of Sri Krishna first which is totally forgotten. Specially Sweets
