those livers who win the raffles get to have the said upgrades first... and uhh i guess when they keep on doing these raffles until no one's left then everyone will have them??? (but in my opinion tho, since they're growing and considering that these upgrades take time to do and only very few people get to have them in a certain period of time, i kinda feel like that's not the case :3)

​@@jinwooclips first part yes second part no?? same goes for @Banana's question it's kind of but not really? ngl i think 3.0 outfit is a super confusing way of putting it. there are diff "milestones" for niji livers that include outfits, 3.0 expressions, and 3D. 3D's a diff situation since it's not a raffle at all but EN is unique so they just go in debut order. idk if Banana's asking about 3.0 expressions or liver outfits but am guessing the latter bc of 3.0 in this clip title (which again i think makes everything confusing ㅠㅠ so Banana everything's going to be below including 3.0 brush-ups) BUT basically everyone *does* get possible "3.0 outfits" (again not an actual niji-term they're just called alternative outfits which is what mysta means by ticket outfit) AND 3.0 expressions. the 1st alternative outfit is called a wave outfit due to the matching theme + assigned 2.0 debut date--these are just an EN thing and they're prob called 2.0 since EN livers already have 2.0 brush-ups. new outfits + 3.0 expression toggles are determined by lottery to keep things equitable in terms of debut/anything in terms of numbers due to how many livers there are and the fact that things will always take time on the artist/rigger ends. that means the raffles just keep going indefinitely for the rest of everyone's time w nijisanji! clearly the 3.0 brush-up raffle will stop once everyone currently in EN has new expression toggles but for outfits it just keeps going and going and going to keep things fair btwn everyone going forwards. it's why JP can see lots of new outfits within the same year for 1 person but the older livers don't have an overwhelming amount of outfits compared to ppl who are still p new!

@@_marimopeace thanks for explaining mari! i'm not really familiar with these raffle ticket upgrades.. i just know that it'll take a hell lot of time since mysta also mentioned he got his 2nd outfit draft plus his outfit ticket may last year. brushups are going steadily as i've observed tho so with time, everyone will have these upgrades... except ofc if a liver gwords before they could even have their turn. for the outfit tho, can livers choose to have their outfits commissioned from someone else? outside the wave-outfits and lottery outfit tickets i mean.

LOLLLLLL clearly i don't like saying a clear "no" as an answer 😂for alternative outfits livers are free to get their own concepts commissioned by a diff artist to present to the company (Nina wants to do that since she's not artistic herself and thinks it's easier to make it clear what she wants); but it's ultimately not the liver's choice on what artist is professionally hired for an outfit since it's the company's money. diff artists can def swoop in though if a liver's mama is too busy/depending on rigging complications--that's what happened with Millie and Rosemi's wave outfits as they're by diff artists entirely! ik Scarle wants to do something like ironmouse where her fans can submit outfit designs for her alt outfit so "kind of" in the sense that a liver can freely get concept art from whoever they want but *no* since ultimately the official alt outfit is going to come from an artist that anycolor books and pays. from what I remember from both mysta/luca's streams i think all the in-between artist communication + design work is actually done w their ticket outfits though (not sure if hoel/oyo-mama were the ones to do them that's up to the bois' reveals) and it's just a matter of time w rigging! kind of like how Lazulight knew in general when their 3rd outfits would be done over the past couple months and commissioned stuff in advance--their designs were prob done before this spring but the girls were just waiting for the animating to be done. *edit to an already long comment my b but don't want to spread fake news lol* but selen just confirmed on her new outfit reveal today that for fan submissions there can't be monetary compensation (if it's an outfit contest--diff from independent commission)
