Mysterious Round Object hovering above water UFO perhaps? | South of France 

Aircrafts have navigation lights red and green and they blink. This didn't have any lights on, just a shiny bright object that got bigger and smaller

@@gabrieldg Planes can have bright headlights and may switch them on in crowded air spaces, when flying below 10,000 feet, and upon takeoffs and landings. To me it looks like a plane heading towards your position and then turning, hence the dimming. The thick atmosphere is giving the light a more 'blobby' appearance. Although it's +100km away, there is the international Calvi Sainte-Catherine Airport on Corsica. My guess is it's an aircraft lining itself up to make a turn towards the airport from the ocean.
