Deyverson is the best striker you could have signed because he was a Vasco supporter in his childhood and already said he wants to play for the team before ends his career! Deyverson also was responsible by the title-winning goal of Libertadores 2021, for Palmeiras in the extratime against Flamengo, the biggest Vasco da Gama rival

I recognised the Vasco da Gama shirt because the Villa player Douglas Luiz is a massive fan of them and Philippe Coutinho (also a fan) used to watch their matches together, before Coutinho went off to Qatar.

This title of Copa do Brasil over Flamengo is historical. The real life Flamengo last defeat for Vasco was in 1988.

vasco are such a good pull, too. they've played in the club world cup before - in 2000, the one manchester united pulled out of the FA cup to compete in. they beat united (!) to eliminate them in the group stage, only to lose to the hosts corinthians in the final, who themselves had eliminated real madrid (!!) on goal difference

your original Striker, Sebas, is on loan from my local club. he got on the out with the manager due to a social media post that roughly translated to "hey coach, its called football, not running ball!" he failed to score for Vasco last year, we just got him back for the MLS season that just started. and he suffered a "major hamstring pull" in the first game he saw action in... and he's a designated player, so tying up a ton of cap money.

If you manage in Brazil, one thing you have to take advantage of is to sign players from Argentina, Colombia and Chile on free transfers- because Brazilians clubs are probably the only ones with money in South America, you could get a lot of great players from other countries on a free, basically offering double and even triple of what they are making at home And you can sell them a year or two later, this is the easiest way to build a war chest

hey Tom, you should try to manage Arminia Bielefeld, using the real world mode, they are in the third German division after two consecutive relegation, they have a total of 0 senior squad payers since everyone is leaving and at least in my save the board and the fans are demanding automatic promotion. let me reiterate, not a single player in the first team squad.

There’s a challenge that I know you heard of but I haven’t seen anyone doing it (too difficult). Is to take a french overseas territory country to win champions league. For example, you choose any team in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, La Réunion, Mayotte, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna, French Polynesia, New Caledonia and try to win coupe de France which will earn you a spot in Europe then you will have to get to champions league and win it all
