I could hit a speedbag for 1 hour and shoulders are fine. Keeping your hands up is easy, putting them up in the right place is hard. All it really does it perfect the timing of some bag, not humans. At best it teaches you how to recycle your punches and bring them back unless you train it with your hands down to lure people in in a real fight. Ive only seen like me and 2 other people train speed bag with both hands down though.

As someone who has no boxing experience, but loved muscle memory and intuition science. This is soooo coooooollll. In music u can do 32nds or even 64ths, and after 16ths, you are playing too fast to “know” what is going on, it becomes a biomechanical, instinctual process. This is crazy
