Both 2013+ pathfinders that I work on regularly make this noise, and I thought I would share what I found. Not a strut, tie rod, end link, ball joint, strut mount..... Check out the video.
EDIT: For my friends replacing their own bushings at home- a lot of people asked for a video fix. The clearance is just too tight to have good video of this. Nissan was not very nice, and mounted the bar with mounting brackets on TOP of the subframe, unlike normal cars that have them mounted BELOW the subframe.... Therefore pointing the brackets and bolts, at the ground. Here is the fix in my words:
All you needed to do is put both front wheels in the air, you do not need to take them off. There is 2 bolts on each sway bar mount bracket - you need to use all the tools in your collection, like a low clearance 3/8" ratchet, 1/4" ratchet, and metric, offset wrenches or ratcheting wrenches (like from GearWrench). These will be KEY in getting those bolts out. The clearance between the heads of those bolts, and the steering rack is terrible - it's kind of a busted-knuckle type of job. By the way the front bolt hole on the bracket is slotted, so you could just take out the front bolt HALF way, and then the rear most bolt, all the way. Then, you'll be able to remove the mount rackets, and then the old bushings. Remember, before you reinstall new (hopefully Moog or anything besides Nissan) bushings, use a small amount of either bushing grease or a synthetic grease like Super Lube, on the inside of them before you fit them over the sway bar. IF you don't do this, the bar will squeak over bumps, for the next year or more.
