The definition of 100% includes getting everything you acquire in Any%, as well as the following items:
All Characters (Sasuke)
-All Key Items, which include the Triton Shell (defeat the first Impact boss), the Achilles' Heel (complete the fishing sequence) and the Gold Key (talk to a few NPCs, but you need this item anyways to access Super Jump training)
All Weapons (Goemon's Chain Pipe, Ebisumaru's Meat-Saw Hammer, Sasuke's Ice Kunai, Yae's Bazooka)
All Abilities (Goemon's "Sudden Impact", Sasuke's "Flying")
The highest level weapon upgrade (Level 3, obtained by talking to the Wiseman at the end of the game)
All 45 Fortune Dolls (cat dolls)
This was a very difficult run for me to achieve, taking over 2 months despite having a lot of experience with the game. The amount of difficult tricks you need to perform is very demanding, and I felt pretty exhausted by the end of this grind. Still, I'm pretty happy I was able to get this, and feel satisfied enough with this run that I'm plenty content to focus on Thaisamba Skip runs moving forward.
