I have to say that the apple represents the world, not wisdom. Like the golden apple thrown by Eris at the banquet of the gods, their fight for the apple means the apparent antagonistic forces that play on the world.
It's not an apple. It's fruit. You obviously need a literal interpretation. This all fits into a larger context. And fits like a puzzle piece. You can make up anything about one part. But it should fit into the whole. Peace
@@gnomikon7836 you're asking me if the concept you speak of is possible to have existed in ancient Egypt? Sure. But the idea of biblical Adam and Eve follow a framework. It seems to me that you have accepted the literal Christian interpretation that Eve misled Adam. That's simply false.
@@KemeticCenteredLiving if it seems that way, then you've miscalculated. Im not Christian in any way, Im hellenic pagan. Even kabbalah proves that the original sin refers to the bread of shame, and the fruit of the tree of knowledge also represents the world in that tradition, regardless if its an apple or a fig.
@@gnomikon7836 understood. Your last sentence is based on the universal meaning of the idea of fruit. That is where my perspective lies in this video. The universal concepts as the foundation these ancient writings were built on.
