It is nice to see the larger stamps being used inside the bottles...it must be an A5 size at least Tracey but as pictures for children they are gorgeous... thank you 😊❤
Thank you. The watercolour card was cut to roughly A5 - they would great for a larger card or as you suggest an illustration for children. Thank you for watching. 😊Emma-Jo from Lavinia Stamps🧚♀️

I was wondering why you did not use a brush with water to blend your colors rather than a lighter colored pen? You did stamp on watercolor card. Would it have made any difference? Is it possible to bring in depth around the edges without using such deep, dark colors that cover up what you just colored in? Which one would you use?
You could blend the colours with a brush and some water - however this way you are blending two colours together in one go, without needing to blend out the darker colour with water and then adding another lighter colour on top. It's just another way of doing things. For pictures like this I find the Kuretake Clean Colour Real Brush Pens achieve this quicker, with more control and less water! Really I suppose it comes down to personal choice. The darker colours that we use around the edges of shapes are wonderful for giving the shape more depth. A gentle blend of this darker colour can just add a shadow and change the tone of your already coloured work. Giving it a depth too. The sort of colours I favour for a lighter touch are Elements ink Bermuda, Truffle and Mulberry. I hope this helps. 😊Emma-Jo from Lavinia Stamps🧚♀️
