This is an underrated review of MBP. Great job, you really captured the essence and spirit of the game, while also being able to nail the mechanics, and gameplay. Really well done all around. 👍

I just can't decide on this one. I think late pledges will open up and I am a "all or jothing" kind of guy. It seem to suit me, the faster pace than free movement games(warhammer 6 hour game anyone) but still enough tactical gameplay. 2vs2 option is also a big plus. Butt 500 dollars Plus shipping, auch!

It is a masterpiece, like a Van Gogh. I would get just the base game, if money was an issue. Monolith have said they will support this product for years to came. If they do a v2.0, there is you chance to get it all. Or Why not ask around Board Game Geek .com. See if there is anyone in your area that has a copy already and arrange a test?

By the time I mixed in some of the expansion, I could tell which was which. There are more dynamics on the stats, more interesting combinations and more minis. I have yet to play any missions from the expansions as we play the base game ones, but mainly skirmish. Sorry I can't be more helpful

Honestly, I have hardly used the expansion. There is not a lot of difference. And have only play scenarios and skirmishes from the base game. I’d pick monsters that interest you. Then go for extra scenarios

To clarify. I have played 9 times and as I said in the video, there is enough game in the base box to keep you occupied. I don’t think I’d ever get time to plat it all...sigh!

bARRY dOUBLET combine that with all the SG (Pandora Box)... Can be somewhat overwhelming :)

Honestly all expansions have great characters. But so far the Hephestos expansion and Poseidon expansion is my favorite, especially Poseidon God sculpt is just awesome. You have to check it out.
