Mythic Sun King's Salvation Guide: Tank POV & Commentary

Just to note something, the strat your guild is using is not the usual one. You are going 6 heals with a 2 healing window requirement (p1 45% on shade before Vanquisher spawn and p2 phasing before infusers spawn). Most guilds go 5 heal and their only healing window requirement is phasing fast p1, while p2 is played "normally" and use BL when infusers spawn, kill them and then phase before the 2nd Vanquisher. Not saying what you do is bad or anything (maybe a bit more tight and possible problems with breaking the damage shields) but it's not the usual strat, so people checking this video as a kill reference should take that into consideration.

Kael'Thas is such a goth Chad. Are those blue highlights? He takes a lickin' but keeps on kickin'. I tanked this fight on normal for the first time, and had no idea what was going on. This looks like a disaster.

Great vid Quazii ! I've done Kael last week and i must admit he was a bit harder than expected with all these adds to watch. As a paladin (Prot / Ret), i'm looking for an other character to tank and dps. I'm hesitating between DH and Monk, what's your advice concerning the fun (and "quality of life") you have with these two? Thanks for all the great content :) EDIT : i'm stupid because i watched your previous video about tanks and ratings (including fun potential) !

Love your videos, recently started out tanking and it is helping a lot. Was wondering about the bleed/dot tracker for taunt, where you can see the dot on the other tank for many fights so you know when to taunt, is that a weakaura?

Our guild struggle hard against this one. We always have too many adds to deal with. In phase 1, we have 1 vanquisher and 4 Occultists to spawn before the Shade comes down. We don't know why. Is it because we kill the initial adds too fast or we heal the boss too slow? We also 4 infusers the second time adds spawn, which is a huge pain. We are on heroic difficulty by the way.

Do you have the boss timer weak aura on the left? I quickly glanced at your site and couldn't find it

So if i download your ui and weakaura does that set it up for me? Currently i have no addons so this will be a new experience lol

What's the addon that shows those big icons with tanks dots and stuff? Is it importable?
