Your content is really good babe :) I love that you talked about feeling like you’re the only one going through it , it becomes isolating sometimes which again messes up your mental state which you need to come up with solutions. I’ve learnt that I am the asset , I am the business so I am the brand so I have to be full of me to execute at a high level.

How did you refocus and recharge your personal life? I connect with this having focused on startups during my 20's and 30's. My personal life has been slow to take off but it has allowed me to focus on myself. I'm really proud of what I've been working on.

Thank you so much for the kind words! Means the world to me ❤ focusing on your personal life when starting us business is very hard I agree. It’s just small steps like you do in business taking the time to actually make plans with friends and having connection with others is very important to recharge your personal life and make you feel whole and complete, one thing we have to remember is that Work isn’t going to be our everything. And if all we have is Work will never be fully fulfilled.
