#1 So the coffee one is kinda true just in the wrong way. Caffeine is bad for growing children since their heart isn't fully developed so their heart can't take how strong the caffeine is which causes heart problems. #2 The vitamins one might be referring to some of the pills because vegetables and fruits have lots of vitamins which is good for your body and of course vitamin D which you definitely need.
