Not my fastest pin ever but I pinned in the district finals in 1995 in 21 seconds beating my teammate by one second who pinnyin the finals in 22 seconds! I wrestled for Lenapee valley regional in Netcong New Jersey and it’s still a record to this day over Dustin Brown of Randolph New Jersey my name is Michael J Graziano and I still have a record that’s 26 years old fastest pin in a district final 21 Seconds! District 2 final three-quarter Nelson to a pancake had him on his back twice in that time!
NJ...good Wrestlers. One of the tougher states after the Ohio, NY, Cali. I don't include Pennsylvania. Those aren't HS kids. Those are kids who go from Middle School straight to College and they call it HS wrestling...
A watched a man in an open collegiate tournament in Fort Lauderdale in 1988 set a national record for the fastest pin -- 2.5 seconds -- he had his opponent on his back in .5 seconds. The ref barely had time to get on the mat to call the pin. That man ended up beating Kenny Monday in the finals. He was an amazing wrestler. I think his name was Dave or Dan something.
Freestyle pin rule requires 3 seconds with both shoulders on mat. The loser's shoulders hit at 36 secs and the pin was called at 37 seconds. Lousy job by the official.
@@bosef9727 Reply appreciated, but his looks like High School wrestling. Depending on the state, it's definitely either 3 or 2 seconds for the pin. I don't live in NJ, so I don't know their specific rule. The 1 second pins are next level, collegiate wrestling.
@@JacksonRich69 In local folkstyle tourneys I've watched, it''s 3 secs, as I can see the official's hand going up/down 3X doing the count before the pin. Sorry you weren't there. High school - 2 secs (in my state) College - 1 sec (across the country, governed by a national org) This video was determined to be HS, so should be 2 secs. Still a fast pin either way.
@@ButterNautTheKing Not only that, but to get a pin with a cement mixer in only four seconds is impossible even if both wrestlers were working together, from the start of the match you need to take a shot, get sprawled on, attempt cement job, then roll the cement mixer, then the ref has to call the pin. In 4 seconds? Laughable
i will jack hammer you you’re most likely the kid that never wins on your team if you brag about your stats like that. Or you just wrestle a bunch of scrub schools.
