It's actually pretty easy to figure out. Play a rhythm game. Just any of them. Even when you're really bad at it, you'll get to a level of skill in a couple months where you are good enough to push through songs that are hard for you semi-competently. If you get even better, you can figure out how it feels when those "hard" songs become ridiculously easy. That's about the same experience, though obviously pretty different.

Even in the rarified world of virtuoso violinists, her bow technique is extraordinary. She is playing the original bowing used by Paganini when he performed this. If you watch the video closely, you can she she's doing three quick downward strokes followed by 1 upward stroke (3+1). Most professional violinists play 2+2 or 1+1 which is quite a bit less difficult.

No, not realyy. Have a good bow and do not interfere with it and it does exactly this kind of bouncing. Main problem is the coordination between left and right hand and s *_really totally relaxed bow grip and right arm_* and leave the rest to the bow. Of course you must practice that beast slowly, relaxed and withot the feeling, that it is dfficult. If you havepracticed your scales and broken chords and bowing execises thoroughly you should be able to have it in a few weeks near to the speed of Sumina Studer. Don't be afraid of the immense number of sharps and flats, the middle part consists almost exclusive of Triads, dominant seventh chords and diminished seventh chords and, hold your breathe - two different chromatic scales, all with permanently changing bass notes.
