Nice Mike. Pet you pups for me and I'll pet mine for you...😅 Yea, our weather went from th1 90s to 100s down to 60 over night so im not getting much done outside 😮
Ok so I will start off by saying I really enjoyed seeing the trains run!! I always enjoy seeing your layout and I'm sorry about the car problem but I know you always figure it out!!! And ok I have to admit in the end you got me oh my gosh I did not see that coming ggggrrrr you got me good but you wait next time I will be ready!!! Lol lol 😆 have a great rest if your week remember next time I'll be ready!!! Ggrrrr 🙄💕
Hi ya Mike. Thanks for the update. I wanted to comment on two things that caught my eye while trains were running through your beautiful layout. The first is how you have such a great eye for color matching. Your terrain always matches the printed/painted backdrops perfectly. And the other was my eye caught a standing figure next to the track, in one of the finished mountain scenes. Which made me realize the very last details of your layout will be to populate it with figures. Humans and otherwise. And I agree with your thoughts on the wide mouth static grass applicator. The “ mini “ versions work better with N scale. Sorry to hear of your “ grommet “ issue on the gas tank filler tube. Okay. That’s it. See ya next time.
I just bought one of those Woodland Scenics static grass applicators, but haven't used it yet. Thanks for the heads up on its limitations. I wonder, can you block off part of the opening to limit the size of the application? Thanks.
A craw is a pouch in a bird's esophagus used to store food before digestion. If something gets stuck there, it is somewhat like you getting something stuck in your throat and they have to work to get it out. So the saying "stuck in my craw" comes from something that you have to work out of your system, something that irritates.
