n/zyme Walkthrough Part 1 (of 5): WAVETABLE 

Fantastic video. The Fantom as a whole is an absolute monster of creative potential but imo as great as Zen-Core, V-Piano, and even the ACB and model expansions are, THIS is the real show-stealing synth engine. I think it’s because there’s a bit of novelty to it compared to Roland’s signature sounds we all love, and because of just how dense the engine is. Your video does a great job of breaking down the complexity though, cheers to you! 💪😎🎹

I have the big Fantom, but I wish Roland would add n/Zyme into the Fantom-0’s as well, so that it would get more attention and perhaps encourage Roland to make more completely new synths(and not just emulations of classics) for the Fantom platform. Small updates into the Fantoms different synth engines would be nice as well, such as loading user wave tables and additive sound generator and resynthesis from samples would be superb! New features added to classic synth engines would spark enthusiasm too.

Thank you for these amazing videos. I was wondering if you could tell us, whats the quick way to load an init patch of certain engine type? Say I want to load an init patch of type nzyme or Jd800 etc...

It would be nice if the 2-dimensional wavetable sweeping had similar graphical vector modulation interface as the shape mod and phase mod. It seems pretty sweet as it is, too - I didn't know Fantom had those synced vector shapes as modulation paths for ANY parameters! Similar in that way to Vectorsynth, Animoog, Blade 2...

Can posisiton of layer 1 and 2 set and modulate Independent? Great sound !!!

n/zyme sounds great! Unfortunately i don’t got a Fantom 😭 ..really hoping that Roland puts out a Wavetable model expansion for Jupiter-X. I mean, for that it’s gotta need a tablet / mobile device for programming. Which I wouldn’t mind. They should name the expansion, Jupiter-Z. But really, I hope to see more wavetable stuff from them soon!

Queste funzioni sono presenti anche nel fantom 06?

The whole process of using touch screens for editing sounds just looks awkward. The points of touch are way smaller than the fingers. Dials and knobs works so much better for sound editing.
