I saw her yesterday at the Jazz Fest. She was utterly amazing. All real playing, crazy violin solos, scatting, making rhythm with anything and everything (her cheeks, the mic, the floor). On top of it, she could really dance. Few people in the world have this much talent. (I play professional gigs, but am an amateur). She did better on the drum loops than she does here.
Hey there - I'm currently going through my old favorites, and I must have saved this video back in 2009 or so. It looks like you haven't been active on this account for nearly a decade, so idk if you'll ever see this, but I wanted to let you know that this is incredible. I hope you're still creating and sharing your art with the world. Much love ❤️
Just watched 'Birds Fly Away' again, and 'Na Na Na' for the umpteenth time for my daily T. Andersson fix...and still get goose bumps. My brother said he got all misty-eyed watching 'Na Na Na' for the first time. Wow! What an inspiration you are to us home recording enthusiests. We think YOU are a musical goddess!..noticed you got your pedalboards in a sturdier rack so those talented toes can hit their mark easier.. Ha!, as if they needed any help. YOU are the Bomb!!
Although you see many effects on this video, Ms. Anderson will knock your socks off if you ever have a chance to see her live. I took in her show at the Maple Leaf in New Orleans one night and she is a true treasure of a talent. A true musician and artist!
I can not believe 500 people would dislike. So, it must be a disgruntled old b/f that keeps returning with a thumbs down. Even metal heads can see the talent here. There is no deserving excuse for a thumbs down, regardless of the music you are into. Her talent shines like a beacon for anyone to see.
One of the more talented, inspiring and enchanting performers I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. She is a brilliant performer and her multitude of talents are breathtaking.
I went to the Conan taping yesterday, had no idea who she was or who the musical guest would be until I got there, and she is an amazing force of nature! Totally in love, must see her live!
You Theresa , you are awesome . I love the way you're singing . Such a great job . Keep doing it. ^_^ So much happyness in you ^_^ that's great . Be blessed . ^_^
Great piece. It takes huge skill and energy to sing and operate and play all that together at the same time and at once... We predict dozens if not hundreds of views...
You are such an inspiration. I LOVE your music and the way you deliver it. You have truly blown me away. Keep the music alive. ...and there may be need of an ambulance. EXCELENTE
Theresa is a true talent. very professional for an indie pop girl, and you should see her actually perform. She does 2 hour sets just like this, but through a PA it's like you are surrounded by angels.
Okay, you're amazingly talented and adorable. The fact that you have a CD out, but you still upload a RU-vid video of you in the kitchen putting this song together, completely humble, is so cool. Great job!
I tuned in to the NPR interview in the middle of Na Na Na and that "sloppy" drum fill was the first thing that caught my attention. It's what made me think "Here's something different that's worth listening to"
She came to New Orleans about 18 years ago and lived here most of the time. She also spent some time in Nashville & Austin. She now lives in the Algiers Point section of New Orleans.
Saw her in Cleveland last night at the Rock & Roll Hall's Master's Series tribute to Fats Domino, she was one of many great acts. Did 'Walking to New Orleans', never heard of her before, she is really refreshing and a great talent.
She's swedish, but been living for the last 7 years in New Orleans. At least that's what they said when she performed on swedish television last morning...
Wow, no newbie to the scene...she's booked nearly every night of the week! cool song, checked out her myspace and other vids on youtube. Can't wait for the new cd...great songs! I'm a brand new fan.
This is so cool!!! Sampling all those performances and then using your feet to tap them in and out is amazing. You are a very gifted musician and pretty darn sharp to be able to bring all these things together real time into a nice song. Gives whole new meaning to "one person band". Oh yea, and since I'm a guy I must....you're really attractive.
It's great how so many viewers have the audacity to insult your musical ability. They must all be extremely gifted and have their own albums since you apparently suck so bad. They're haters and that's all their good for. You're beautiful and so is your voice! Keep it up!
