Nabbing A Horse 

The plaintiff says the defendant conspired with his ex-wife to come on his property and steal his horse from his ranch. He’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendant says she and the plaintiff had a deal - use of her semi-retired horse in exchange for free boarding for her other horse. She claims he was abusing the older horse, so she rescued her. She’s countersuing for money she’s now out.
