Practically speaking Sir , NABH rules are extremely unpractical , It consists of lots of papar works , mostly those are time consuming , Medical and paramedical workers and other non medical staffs usually busy with maintaining proper documentatiins , they force doctors and nursing staffs to fill out verious forms , by these actual patient care hampered grossly
You are absolutely right brother,but we can't do anything in this matter rules are rules to all...NABH is a orgnization that work on totally documentation process..
NABH हॉस्पिटल मे मैने वर्क किया है तुमने जो कहा सारा झुट हैं ,खाली पेपर वर्क जादा होता है ,स्टाफ नर्स को कोई भी बेनिफिट नाही होता हैं ,NABH हॉस्पिटल मे जब भी ऑडिट आता है तो पीचले 6 मंत का पेपर वर्क 3/4दिन मे करवाते हैं सिर्फ दिखावा हैं मैने भी दिखावा किया है , और कूच भी नहीं होता हैं
