Sir the video was good but what you have told is just a tip of icebergs there is lot more thing involve and even a best of the best hospital in India take at least 2 years of time to get NABH and this certificate is not permanent. Every 3 years you have to renew it and after getting the nabh certification they will do 2 surprise visit to check whether you are following the norms and protocol.
NC actual full form means Non-conformance. It's not Not-Clear. If your documents are not updated or incomplete or absent, or the committee is not happy with your maintenance and working, they will give a NC certificate and you have to correct it within 1 month and show them proof. After proof they will issue you the latest NABH / NABL clearance certificate for that year. This has to be renewed every year.
