i love this song so much. it really captures the hecticness of living in london, everyone rushing around each morning to make ends meet. it's crowded yet lonely, we're all just trying to make it through and the cycle repeats...

This song reminds me very much of rhe Pet Shop Boys. Nice song.

I really enjoy this song. It subtly reminds one of the existential dread that is the everyday flow of life. The constant outs, ins, and rushing through to connect that ends to justify the means. Leaving you reevaluating the true emotional value if what was done.

I really like how this echoes William Blake's "London".

This video is like a fabulous tribute to all of you. Ms. Iqbal's debut album, Weighing Of The Heart, was released on December 1, 2017. I hope she's working on her next album. I continue to wait. Regarding Zone 1 to 6000: The first time I heard this, in mid-November, 2017, I was already entranced. I smiled as the track progressed. I thought I recognized 2 strong, inspirational sources behind the words and music. My first thought was, North Circular, originally issued on August 21, 2014, by the English Synth/Dance/Trip Hop/Innovative and truly Marvelous Band, Real Lies. Their debut album, Real Life, premiered on October 16, 2015. Fortunately, they saw the beauty and value of North Circular, including it as the sixth track on their only album. Of course I thought of Pet Shop Boys, but honestly, Real Lies and North Circular was the stronger impression for me. I couldn't help thinking, Ms. Iqbal might have listened to this track very carefully. As for Pet Shop Boys, their own special outlook on music remains as vital and refreshing as ever. Ms. Iqbal certainly must know any number of songs in their extensive catalogue. Lyrically, Zone 1 to 6000 is a direct connection to the poets, William Blake and Matthew Arnold. Nabihah Iqbal gets everything right. As far as I'm concerned, this sonic journey is a standout. It transcends the 1980's and early 1990's, bringing particular moods and ideas up to date. After turning on the car ignition, it's perfect to start you off on a long distance road trip. There's an old saying: "Music can take you places." Ms. Iqbal, I'm ready for your second album.
