Bruce Del Valle, asking INEC to provide evidence that the results it announced for the February 25 presidential elections are in accordance with Federal Republic of Nigerian law and Article 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Bruce claims that if the Nigerian judiciary does not uphold the law, it is past time for the international community to shine a spotlight on them.
