Thanks guru ji, i think the scientific reason behind nadi shodana is that it creates a stress when we breath with the nose this increases Nirtic Oxide in our blood flow ,which dilates arteries for better health and mindfulness. Any act of breathing especially with the nostril has improved benefits of mindfulness, consciousness and health.

How long does it take for the deviated septum to correct? Any other practices to correct the deviated septum and thus balance the prana flow? Dhanyawad!
Guruji ur finger is not correctly held. Index and middle finger should touch base of thumb and u have to use thumb and index finger to control the flow of air
