I got my wisdom teeth removed when I was 18. Got a local anaesthesia, heard two cracks, thought they‘re going to start and it was all over already. Took homoepathic arnica remedies beforehand and shortly after. Didn’t have a bruise or pain, ate breakfast two hours later 🤟#thisishowitsdone

If it's a sterile surgery, there's a surgical cap that all patients need to wear. Including bald patients. So that's an acceptable head covering. Also, medical procedures have special accomodations in Islamic teachings i.e. if no woman doctor, a male doctor may examine an unmarried woman (with a female chaperone) in a closed room and some other stuff. However, dental surgeries like wisdom tooth removal are not aseptic as the mouth is considered dirty, so she would not have to strip down to just a surgical gown. So she can wear a small cap similar to a skull cap that just covers her hair, leaving her neck and ears open.

Yes of course we do. We’re given bouffant caps. As a physician, I take off my hijab during sterile procedures and wear a surgical cap.
