I swam in my monofin for the very first time last last year! I'm always learning new things, but it's always so fun!! And that's good to know about the aerial vlog! I bet you could try, you build up strength by doing it and you honestly don't need to be super strong to start!

Awesome! There's definitely different types of studios out there, so I'd say don't get discouraged if you come across a more "hardcore" one. Places definitely exist that are encouraging to people who don't feel super strong at first too!
