I'm from the US and consider myself an independent that leans conservative. I served during the Cold War and was happy when the iron curtain fell and countries like Ukraine and Estonia (and many others) were free from Russia. I never trusted Russia even in the 90's. I don't think we in the US should be grouped together politically. I fully support Ukraine. I want to be known as a conservative that supports Ukraine and all the freedom loving countries that suffered for so long behind the iron curtain. I served to protect my country and to see the iron curtain fall. I do not want to see the wall rebuilt. Peace through victory. Slava Ukraine from the Texas Oblast.

Thank for your warm words to Texas from Western Europe. We as a collective of volounteers in our country are helpng Ukraine since the beginning of Majdan in 2013 and since then we visited Ukraine for many times. As an European I appreciated the big help from US - Europe is still to weak. We were protected from many decades from US. But now more and more we are understanding to do more for our defence ❤️🇺🇦🇪🇺🇺🇸🇺🇦❤️.

In most of Europe we do not think of ourselves as conservatives or liberals. We just look at each party's and candidate's policies and vote for the party/candidate that has the most policies that we agree with. We do not put ourselves in boxes. I wish Americans did that also. The polarisation of American politics and society which we view from across the Atlantic is weird to us.

Anna, thank you for sharing video about Ukrainians efforts to survive in freedom. My first introduction to Kyiv was in the 1960's - a small Jr. High School band room. With "The Great Gates of Kiev," Mussorgsky captured my soul sending me on a year's long journey to my own classroom teaching music. I did leave for military service and was not able to return to my music but each time I see you and your fellow Ukrainians. I feel the strength and beauty and resilience of the 'Great Gates' and know your Ukraine will survive. God bless and keep you.

As with the weather from day of these clips then there is always sunshine above and beyond the grey skies. It is goo to see just how resolved, composed and free from fear and anguish everyone is in interview here. It is all very professional and work day. There is an implicit sense that Ukraine will achieve what we all need it to achieve which is to win. Meanwhile, we have to take issue with the sense that Mr Putin has 'friends' in America. There's nothing of international political influence but it is an altogether different full time job in ensuring that America stays this way.
