Say that to all the fractions in Nagaland and the Central government! All the fraction leaders going to Delhi every weeks and months asking for solution in different manner, will Central believe them or laugh after they left?! Rio is the mediator running government for the state. No political groups come to him for peace settlement. It will only solve if all parties come together and form a party, give the lead to CM, then only it can be done. Else no need to blame him. Asking for peace with many fractions here and there, there will be political war if Central agrees to demand and it will be a big chaos ever.
