RAMEN DAIGAKU is a great name (Ramen University). So you don't study how to make ramen here, but about eating it. Miso ramen seems to be the most offered ramen here. It is a decent meal after a few hours of skiing. However, the miso broth tastes a little watered down. The egg topping and gyoza were enjoyable. I think the next time I would try the spicier miso ramen, which might be heartier. @TravelWhiskers @TastyWaterOM
