This is the last Nagasaki video - I promise. One form of access to Glover Gardens Open Air Museum is via Japan's first "Slope Elevator" which is also known as the "Sky Road"; think of it as a funicular elevator.
The area around Glover Gardens is filled with steep little streets, shops selling souvenirs and Castella cakes (a pound cake) which was originally brought by the Portuguese and the oldest remaining Gothic-style wooden church in Japan - Oura Catholic Church. A fun area...
