Nagisa No Peppy (1987) [DVD Quality] 

Here's the better quality version of the computer animated short, Nagisa No Peppy. I found this in the Odyssey: Computer Animation Classics 1997 DVD, but it had no credits at the end. It was also used in the Imaginaria 1993 VHS and I'll give credit to Sonic YM612 for the video.
