The little blue spray bottle is a water spritz bottle to use with watercolor paints if you use watercolors. Yes, most of Clear Jelly Stamper stamping plates comes with two blue films on them sometimes three blue films. Also, most of their plates come with the clear plastic and hard cardboard spec. sheet, not all. Looking forward to seeing what manis you create with everything. FYI, if you ever what to share the plate number(s), it is printed on the card, sometimes it is hard to see it on the stamping plate.
