The developer cheapened out on the bathroom floor tiles for the first bathroom. Also for such a spacious house they would have separated the bathroom from the toilet or at least put a glass wall to separate the two. If as a developer you want to do a quality house do it all through but don't put really good tiles on the balcony floor and then despicable tiles on the bathroom floor. Rest of the house is dope and well thought out.
With all the house tours being done during this Quarantine period, I think your are the best Miss Kinyua. Plus you just have a certain welcoming 'aura' to you even though it is via the internet. Keep giving us those tours! And I hope these guys pay you well for the marketing you are doing for them!!
I already like this house! The chandelier, balconies, open plan spacious kitchen, the veneer flooring, many mirrors, very huge bedrooms, it's worth the 35k. I love it!!
Both the bathrooms are definitely a let down for the house. I think the master en suite should have had a bathtub in the bathroom. The other toilet should have something separating the shower from the toilet... just my opinion 🤷🏽♀️ ... otherwise the rest of the house is fab!

i love this window already,the balcony look like something that one can decorate and make it a living space too. i love the fact that the kitchen does not have the common decor in many of our kitchens. i would say that 35k is worthy.

The Master bedroom @Miss kinyua kindly move in to that house..well if the price was inclusive of everything then it's the best place to be, the floor looks nice too, seems like the mkeka was mbao, it doesn't make the floor soo cold unlike the normal tiles. I so love that house

There is a sink in the sitting room as you head into the kitchen...? Nope. The placement is off. Bathroom and toilet could have been separated or atleast the bathroom raised and a screen door installed...I liked the cabinets in the bedrooms and the flooring is also good. Bedrooms are spacious.

Why do you say Thika road ?? Thika road isn't a place ..it's a road. Can't you state the exact location ? There are exact locations within thika road. When you say thika road it sounds like you are hiding something about the house... or probably it's too far from civilization.

The house isn't far from civilization... The first green video can show you how far the house is from thika super highway. Sorry about not stating the location initially. That was a mistake that won't happen in another video
