hello, I am Cameroonian and I see a lot of comments from people who don't like the neighborhood, who believe that for this price they must be alone without neighbors. Where do you think you guys live?? you are in a society and when we live in society we accept having neighbors. if you have a problem in the night, burglars come to your house, who will help you first? your neighbour ! 90% of you are critical but are still renting. First of all congratulate the real estate developer, if you have the opportunity to buy a house on this program do it. because soon you will no longer be able to leave the rental.

i like the house but for 7.5 million i prefer not to see my neighbor's compound. i would prefer a high wall/gate.some privacy.the service charge is okay. the other thing is the tv wall unit (bad positioning)

I appreciate having family options where there are no large pets permitted that could endanger children playing outside. Intercom system is a nice bonus as well. Again I'm also thinking of children in the neighborhood and perhaps unexpected guests.

Why did the price go up by 3M? Theses 3BR bungalows where originally priced at 4.55M. 1.8M Deposit, balance due in 12 months. I do not see any justification on such a high price increase. You are definitely not trying to help families or offer low costs housing as you have advertised. Perhaps you should strongly consider returning to your originally advertised price.
