I made this video easy to follow along as I literally take apart a new GoPro 11 and recorded the process.

Remove motherboard: 24:09
Remove metal frame: 26:20
Remove front screen: 31:28
Install into NamelessRC case: 36:28
Install screen: 39:38
Install lens: 42:01
Install motherboard: 43:28
Install ribbon: 46:00
Install BEC: 48:25
Powering on new GoPro: 54:12
