I noticed I get extremely inconsistent results with the QC so the key for me is to keep making the capture over and over again until it comes out right (which I feel like I shouldn’t have to do considering the price of the unit, but oh well) but I also noticed that plugging into the QC doesn’t feel the same. Weather it be built in amps, captures, or even my own amp in 4CM. Plugging straight into an amp, or into my audio interface feels indistinguishable. However comparing either of those settings to the CQ, plugging straight into the QC feels off. I hate to go for buzz words like aliasing, but that is what it reminds me off. It just feels ratty and unnatural in the highs end content. Even going back and forth between plugging straight into my amp and 4CM with the QC, I cannot get the QC to maintain the original snarl of the amp. It’s not that off, but it’s more than noticeable to keep me up at night
It's just code (makes a plugin, no hardware) & will be open-sourced soon. Not currently intending to go through making a product out of it, but I'm thinking about how to improve accessibility for non-coding inclined folks.

@@pateberhart Not a bad idea, but the risk there is that I would miss some configuration that someone needs + that means I start having to figuring in storing all the files. I also expect that people will have their own opinions on what tones they want & I won't have that gear :) But yeah, the biggest risk there would be I don't want to offer something like that and then sunset it e.g. a year later if/when I decide I don't want to pay for the storage anymore.
