NAMM '09-Godin Multiac Duet Model 

I have one 2010 Ambiance Duet and I find it to be the best way to have acoustic real sound in a live performance. With a band playing and loudly, the guitar has wonderful performances.! Great stuff Godin! !!

With a Multiac S.A.,you can use a synth.,it's done for that !The one I got is the Multiac Duet,and I've prefered it to an S.A. cause the word Duet means that there's a L.R.Baggs 2 ways preamp :a Piezo and a Condensator Mic., and you can mix the 2 ways:the Piezo gives you a clear sound,the Condensator's mic give you warmth.When you mix the 2, you can really have the sound that you want,I've recorded some D.Bowie's songs without any bad comments,like some Bossa,both with nylon strings.Good guitar

Hi ! I got a Multiac Duet model,and I'm since the period I've bought it, not the smallest problem. One thing : when I play with the condensator mic, if I'm just near the HPs of my amplified consol, there's quickly some feedback (my amplified consol is a 2x85watts, and the 2 HP's 2x125watts). There's no feedback when using only the Piezo, it's with the mic.If not that, nothing bad to say, it always sounds well. My Steel strings guitar is a Seagull.So always a R.Godin's guitar. A great brand ! BYE

He was playing through a gr20 or gr33 roland synth, there is a couple of presets where strings 5 and 6 have the synth bass sound and the rest of the strings a diff sound...you dont need to change the strings,,,I own a Godin Multiac steel SA(synth access) and a gr20 and I do that quite often,,,it does sound good,,,Godin and Roland ; a match made in heaven.

I own a multiac and owned for a short time the 11 string fretless godin incredible guitars .... wont' go to ANY gig with my multiac!!! thank you Mr. Godin!!!!!!!

can u suggest me please? difference b/w duet ambiance and *grand concert* duet ambiance? i'm confused which one to buy!! i play classical as well as jazz and a lil bit latin and flamenco too.. can u please?? thank you...

I think this one has a pickup and internal mic instead of the 13 pin synth controler... but don't take my word for that.

Who had asked to R.Godin to play like a pro, the subject is the guitars he's crafting. Before saying somthing, we must reflect . And as a Crafter, he doesn't have anything to prove no more, many great artists are using his guitars. My Godin Multiac Duet Nylon strings is the best Nylon guitar I've played with, & I've compared it to many greats guitars. Even some Music specialized Magazines say that it's always the best Nylon guitar. I will never regret to have choosen it. BYE !
