I am so happy to receive this update on beautiful NamThip. I was wondering how she is doing. Now I can see that she is doing fantastically. NamThip even has a nanny! Wow! Good to see that her mental condition is now on the road to recovery and that she sees that ENP is there to love, care and support her in her forever home. ❤🥒🍉🥒🍉🐘♥️

It's pretty amazing to see such empathy between the ellies! I could feel the love all the way here in Charleston, SC. I'm glad she's getting more relaxed and as comfortable as she can be. I hope she's enjoying some much deserved pampering, relaxation and better health. She looks so chilled out and relaxed. Thanks for taking care of her!!!💗💗💗

I think I would make a good elephant. I love family, I am chubby, I love green vegetables,fruit and playing in the water is the best way I can think of to have fun. Yup, I love elephants and wish I was one ( in a place like this). ❤🐘🐘🐘🐘

It’s amazing how each elephant has their own unique personality that can vibe with the right elephant or clash with the wrong. Just like people. I love that you share this side of them with us. Stuff they NEVER teach you at zoos.

Is Malai Tong in pain from her foot injury? Does she constantly move her foot because of pain? Thank you

It may not be comfortable for her, but foot-swinging is a common behavior in elephants. It can mean many things depending on the elephant, but it's basically like a human fidgeting or tapping their fingers. It could be they are uncertain, impatient, or they could be doing it idly. In this case, it looks to be idle as she shares food with NamThip.

I wonder the same thing. I truly hope it's not causing her any pain. I am worried with her seemingly reluctance to place her foot on the ground. They are both beautiful, and so are all ellies.🙏🐘❤😊
