Nice timing! I just did cold-showers twice this week along with some breathing exercises from Wim Hoff and I felt rejuvenated. Of course, I screamed like a girl during the cold shower, but it was well worth it and my girly screams were entertaining for the family. Also, I vote for a crabbing vlog with Pudra in his element.

This crab should cook steam only, and not boiling. Sometimes i steam it with sprite or seven-up. this will make the flesh salty and sweet.

Love isn’t all hugs and kisses and I love yous. Them roasting one another is their way of love. You can only roast someone if you knew them well enough and knowing someone well enough to roast them without taking it personal and getting mad is one true relationship/bind.
