I am loving these dainty looking nankhatais. I have already made nankhatais twice this season and now will make your version too. Soaking pistachios before chopping surely is a good idea to prevent them from burning while baking. 👌Happy festivities 🎉
Love the overall colour of the nankhatai. Like your tip on soaking the nuts before adding on top. Mine always get burned. Have to give nankhatai a try with ghee as I usually make them with butter.

Thanks for the tip of soaking and using the pistachios. Mine always blacken. Will make some next week I need some for our cookie jar. Loved the colour of your nankatai will use icing sugar I use powdered sugar.
